That glimmer of light that you keep securely safe within you is the key to the abundance, the freedom, and the ecstasy that you seek.

The beauty of life is the cyclical nature of it all. Regeneration and decay are the same. Bring back into your mind what lies in the deepest, most safest part of you. The thing that perhaps you are shy to say to another. This is what wants to be born from you.

If you have little humans, we love this. But true birth is finding that part of you that can be made by none other than just yourself. You are the creator, so have your eureka moment of conception. Decide if it becomes the zygote. Flirt with the excitement of the potential creation, and prepare for the journey of growing this aspect of you, ready to come to life.

And just like a natural birth, it will let you know when it's time to put in the labour. Laugh off the braxston hicks and false starts. They were a test run to get you ready to launch.

Then it’s up to you to love and dote on this creation and let it be what it wants to become.

This is the moment to prepare for the birth of the new you, and the pathways that you, too, can teach your own little humans. Do it for them and keep this new cycle from harm.
